The Police Control Room indeed plays a vital role in maintaining law and order in Sangli Police. In the event of any untoward incidents, the control room promptly informs superiors and dispatches necessary assistance, such as additional manpower, vehicles, and equipment.

The control room operates 24/7, ensuring timely assistance to citizens. To facilitate this, help lines have been made available,  Dial 112/100 , which has nine dedicated telephone lines and nine staff members appointed to manage calls around the clock.

Citizens can utilize these help lines to seek assistance during crises or to provide important information to the police. The control room also maintains records of all calls received and ensures that information is promptly communicated to control room officers, enabling timely assistance.
